Our Family Rooms – plenty of space for 4 people
Our modern and light-flooded Family Rooms are equipped with a double bed as well as a bunk bed and thus offer plenty of space for friends or the whole family.
Could it also be a suite? Our spacious Junior Suites offer a separate area for the bunk bed and a cosy seating area in addition to the double bed.
Baby cots can be provided free of charge in all categories if required, so that as many as 5 people can stay in our Family Rooms and Junior Suites.

Breakfast habits are unique. Therefore, you will find a large selection of various delicacies on our breakfast buffet for your perfect start to the day.
Our rich breakfast buffet is included in the room rate and is ready for you daily from 07:00 to 10:30 am.
We also provide vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free alternatives.
Parking near Europapark – right by the hotel
From the motorway exit 57a in the direction of Ettenheim, it is only 5 minutes to the hotel. Our guarded car park offers sufficient space for vehicles of all kinds.
Of course, you can park on the hotel’s own property free of charge.

Baby cots
On request, we will be happy to provide a baby cot free of charge for children between 0 and 2 years of age. As we only have a limited number of baby cots, we recommend that you reserve this directly when booking.
Check-in & Check-out
Rooms will be ready for check-in from 2:00 pm. Should you arrive early, we are happy to store your suitcases for you.
On the day of departure you can check out until 12:00.
You would like to start the check-out day relaxed? On request and subject to availability, we offer a late check-out for 10.00-€ per hour after 12:00 and after 4:00 pm at the current daily rate.
Drinks
You can buy drinks at the reception at any time.
Pets
You are welcome to bring your pets. For dogs and cats, we charge 10.00-€ per night.
Please bring food for your animals.
Pets are not allowed in the breakfast area for reasons of hygiene, but we do offer an alternative seating area so that you don’t have to leave your four-legged friend alone while you enjoy your breakfast. Feel free to ask us about this at reception.
