Our newly opened Atlas Hotel Ettenheim-Rust is a modern new-build hotel with 58 rooms. It`s located in Ettenheim, near Freiburg, and is only a ten-minute drive from Europark. Our young team is looking for support at the front office in the form of a Night Auditor (m/f/d)

Your profile:
- work experience
- experience with Protel (not mandatory)
- good knowledge of German and English (any other language is an advantage)
- friendly manner and a well-groomed appearance
- high level of commitment and motivation

Your tasks:
- perform check-ins and check-outs
- Ensure prompt and professional handling of customer complaints
- Implemented the high standards of our guest services and provided an exceptional customer experience to our guests
- take care of any other tasks that may arise at the reception desk
